These versions should work for
all languages. Partial locales have English strings where no
translation is yet available, but no l10n errors
should appear when run in different languages.

Code has been cleaned up and
submitted to BabelZilla.org for translation. UI is frozen.
CLEO (if used) must be install with this version of FEBE.
Please test thoroughly. If no major bugs are found, these will be
the versions submitted to AMO.
